Kinda crazy that we're already starting a new year + new month + new week... and for me, well, a NEW WORKOUT PROGRAM! πŸ€Έβ€β™€οΈπŸ§˜β€β™€οΈβ£ ⁣ Getting started and back into the groove is always the hardest part, but once you take that first step, it gets so much easier. And, thankfully, the first step of my new BARRE workout is daily affirmation cards. Because physical transformations start with your MIND... always. ❀️ I love that our fitness programs focus on helping us grow a positive mindset to aid in achieving our health and fitness goals.
