I truly believe that we have the power to chose our destiny.
And that this lies within the average of the 5 people we spend the most time with.
We need people -- whether it’s mentors, coaches, friends or family -- who will challenge us and make us better. And, for me, that includes my children.
So I try to surround myself with those that can run circles around me in as many areas as possible, people who are exponentially better in a variety of ways.
Because this forces me to grow and to push to be a better version of myself. And knowing that I've been selective in my crew consciously allows me to choose a better version of my future self.
