
Ready to lose your mind over cookie dough? My household is!!! This is seriously SO GOOD and actually good for you!
Protein Cookie Dough Bites
Ingredients -1 tablespoon natural peanut butter -1 tablespoon honey -1 pack vegan chocolate shakeology -1 scoop Digestive Health Fiber Boost -1 pinch of salt -A few tablespoons of almond milk – Optional but so worth it – white or dark chocolate chips
Directions
-Mix shakeology, fiber boost, and salt in a small bowl. -Add peanut butter and honey. -Slowly add 1-2 tablespoons of almond milk while mixing. Keep adding milk slowly until you reach your desired consistency. (Personal preference – THICK & CHUNKY!) -Place in freezer for about 1 hour to harden, then cut and enjoy. Refrigerate after use.
*Notes - You can sub out chocolate shakeology for vanilla shakeology. You can also sub white chocolate chips for regular or dark chocolate chips! A dash of cinnamon never hurt anybody either!
