Mini-Yogis

This is how we relax on Sundays after church during quarantine... šŸ§˜šŸ¼šŸ§˜šŸ¼ā€ā™€ļøšŸ§˜šŸ¼ā€ā™‚ļø


Now, full disclosureā€¦ I am NOT a yogi and know little to nothing about yoga. Iā€™m a cardio & weight lifting snob that hates (or forgets) to stretch post workout! šŸ¤Ŗ


I've only ever been to one yoga class (Bikram), and I'll admit that I sometimes skip the yoga days in my workout programs! I've always had this mentality that if I'm not sweating in my workout, I'm not getting a good workout, hence why I've never liked yoga.


But Iā€™ve been trying to change that mentality because I know my body needs it, and I found that my kiddos will actually do the quick 10 minute yoga with me! So, weā€™ve been making it our weekly quarantine-thing! šŸ¤øšŸ¼ā€ā™€ļø

And, how cute are these mini-yogis?!? šŸ˜šŸ’œ
