Now, full disclosure… I am NOT a yogi and know little to nothing about yoga. I’m a cardio & weight lifting snob that hates (or forgets) to stretch post workout! 🤪
I've only ever been to one yoga class (Bikram), and I'll admit that I sometimes skip the yoga days in my workout programs! I've always had this mentality that if I'm not sweating in my workout, I'm not getting a good workout, hence why I've never liked yoga.
But I’ve been trying to change that mentality because I know my body needs it, and I found that my kiddos will actually do the quick 10 minute yoga with me! So, we’ve been making it our weekly quarantine-thing! 🤸🏼♀️
And, how cute are these mini-yogis?!? 😍💜
