I have loose skin too and no matter what I do, it won't go away. When I'm doing sit ups, planks, sitting by the pool, bending over...it's there. It's just my little reminder that I had two, sweet babies via c-sections in my 30s and I'm lucky they are healthy and happy. And, I love pizza, chocolate, & wine and I’m not willing to give them up! 😜
Not sure if this is TMI or not, but I'm sure there’s a few of you Mommas who can relate.
So, next time you get down on yourself for that loose skin, cut yourself some slack and hug your babies tighter! You will never get this day back, so don’t waste it hating yourself or picking your body apart. And if you’re unhappy with your body, make one small choice each day that will help you get the body you want.
I have to remind myself that I'm not 25 anymore. I’ll be 37 this year and I’m working hard on taking care of my body as best I can, with grace!
