Do You Workout On Vacation?

What’s your biggest excuse for not working out during vacation? Time? Lack of Energy? Space?

Squeezed in winter break workout #4... a quick 25 minute total body circuit before a lunch date with my besties and a park day with my kiddos!

Yeah, I was tired from all the vine pulling yesterday and not sleeping well last night and getting up at 5am with Jack, but I felt so much more energized after a sweat sesh!

So, what is your biggest excuse for moving fitness to the backseat during your vacation? I’m curious!!

One of the things I love most about my workout programs is that I can take them with me everywhere & do them anywhere!
