Carrot Cake Muffins!

Teaching my son to bake so he can impress the ladies in the kitchen one day.

Jack and I were busy betties baking Carrot Cake muffins in Mommy's Homeschool class today. These are DELISH!

𝟲𝗧 𝗴𝗿𝗮𝘀𝘀 𝗳𝗲𝗱 𝗯𝘂𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿, 𝗠𝗲𝗹𝘁𝗲𝗱 (𝗼𝗿 𝗰𝗼𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘂𝘁 𝗼𝗶𝗹 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗱𝗮𝗶𝗿𝘆 𝗳𝗿𝗲𝗲)

𝟭 𝘁𝘀𝗽 𝘃𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗮 𝗲𝘅𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁



Directions:

Preheat oven to 350.

Mix dry ingredients in a medium bowl.

Mix wet ingredients in a large bowl.

Pour dry ingredients into wet ingredients and mix up.

Pour into lined muffin tin or silicone molds.

Bake for 25-30 mins.
