That's from my trainer, Amoila, this morning during our little mid-week stretch & mobility class.


He's SO RIGHT.


It's so important to MOVE our bodies every. single. day. Chairs will destroy your body, so get up, go for a walk, do some stretching, sweat it out... just MOVE!


I feel like a new mama with new hips after that mobility workout!
