Don't be afraid of the weights!
I've said it before, but I'm still hearing a few say they want to lose the FAT before they start lifting heavy weights. WHAT!?!? Clean eating + Adding muscle + Mixing up your cardio (like doing HIIT workouts) + Support/Accountability (to bring CONSISTENCY in those areas), is what will get you the best and leanest results...that LAST! Figure out what pieces of the puzzle you're missing, if any, and take action. Oh, and please spread the word...would ya?!? :) Don't wait until you've LEANED OUT to get serious about strength training! Get serious about strength training to LEAN DOWN!!
