AWESOME TIP: When you're about to break and give into that brownie/chips/cookies/chocolate/whatever-is-your-kryptonite, just brush your teeth or gargle with mouthwash. That sweet treat won't taste so good after a minty fresh clean! I keep some trident gum in my purse to help, too! It's a very effective way to beat unhealthy and impulsive snacking between meals.
