So.. I would like to kindly disagree with people (even other fitness professionals) that have said in the media that having children ruins your body! I think it makes you stronger! I am in better shape now than I was before I had a kid...I don't have a personal trainer and I'm not a certified nutritionist or fitness professional. I'm just a mom that's passionate about fitness, that works out at home, eats healthy, and likes to help share it with others.
